Data controller

What we collect

When you use the contact form we process the details you provide: name, email address, company name (if given) and your message, together with your IP address (used to protect the form against abuse). We collect no other personal data and use no visitor tracking or third-party analytics.

Why and for how long

The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest). Messages are stored in our system and forwarded to our email. We delete the data once the matter is closed and at the latest within 24 months, unless we have an ongoing business relationship.

Sharing

Data is not shared with third parties beyond the technical providers required to operate the service (server hosting within the EU and email delivery). They process the data solely on our behalf.

Cookies

The site uses a single functional cookie (lang) to remember your language choice, and the browser's local storage for your theme preference. There are no tracking or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to the processing, by contacting info@lndin.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
